Eleni is an artist based in country Victoria, Australia, whose work is inspired by the light, colours, and textures of nature, her Greek heritage, and her flourishing garden of more than 100 roses. Daily walks with her kelpie, Marley, and her husband Peter’s photography often spark ideas for her acrylic and mixed‑media paintings, which blend Impressionist influences with expressive brushwork and elemental themes.
Painting brings Eleni deep joy, a realisation that took years to emerge. Even when time is scarce, she may dream of a colour palette or scene and capture it in a quick sketch. Art is now high on her priority list, an intuitive and energetic process that supports her search for inner peace, calm, and happiness after years of balancing full‑time work, raising children, and caring for family. She believes art can help people smile, breathe, and relax, and encourages others to keep a sketchbook to witness their own creative evolution.
A lifelong learner, Eleni continues to attend art workshops, recently completed an interior design course, and works with an art mentor whose guidance she treasures. Her creativity is also shaped by her love of gardening, cooking, sewing, and her training in Interior Design and Feng Shui.
Eleni invites people of all skill levels to join her Art Circle – friendly, online or in‑person painting sessions designed to foster creativity, community, and joy. She believes it is never too late to start painting, and her vision is to share ideas, tips, and encouragement in a light‑hearted, welcoming space.
